Wild Horse and Bell Canyons: The San Rafael Swell

Angels Landing: Zions National Park

Cascade springs: American Fork Canyon 

The wave:  Paria canyon Vermilon cliffs wilderness

Havasu Falls: Havasupai Grand Canyon. (Not technically in Utah but still a dream hike of mine)
